The Curious Naturalist – Pinesnakes

Join us for The Curious Naturalist public education series on Thursday, March 19, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM in the auditorium at South Regional Library. Amy Brennan, Conservation Outreach Specialist with the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, will present on the fascinating history of the Louisiana pinesnake and ongoing conservation efforts across Louisiana. Attendees will also have the rare opportunity to see live outreach pine snakes and learn more about protecting one of the state’s most unique native species.
